What is Girl Boss Box?
Girl Boss Box is a monthly subscription club by Fair Trade Friday, featuring some of our favorite fairly traded products that you can gift to your customers or team members. Each item is made by artisans at different ministries and non-profits who focus on empowering oppressed and marginalized women around the globe. Girl Boss Boxes are basically happy mail that changes the world. Every box is packed and shipped by the volunteers and staff at Mercy House Global (home of Fair Trade Friday).
What will I receive?
Every month you will get a fabulous box with 4-8 fair trade items within a specific category (for example, one month would be an assortment of earrings, the next may be a stationary variety, another box--bracelets, etc). If you need more gifts, you can sign up for multiple subscriptions. Your box will be filled with unique fair trade gifts to give away and will include a special gift tag that says: "You're an amazing Girl Boss! This fair trade gift is for you, handmade with love, empowering Girl Bosses around the globe! If you can't use this gift, please pass it on to another Girl Boss who is rocking it!"
I just signed up! When can I expect my first shipment, and when will my card be charged again?
Welcome to the Club! If you have signed up during our pre-order period, you will be billed on November 1st, and your box will be shipped to you within a week of being charged. You will then be billed every month on the date you signed up.
If you sign up after our pre-order period (November 1, 2017), you will be charged on the date you sign up, and then billed again for the Girl Boss Box on the 1st of the following month, and every 1st of the month thereafter. You will receive an email notification when your box has shipped, and it will include a tracking link.
What if you are unable to process my recurring payment?
If we are unable to charge the credit card on your account, it is likely because it has expired. In this case, we will wait to send your Girl Boss Box until we can get in touch with you or until we see that the billing info has been updated.
What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly subscribers can cancel their subscription(s) at any time. There is no cancellation fee. The subscription can be canceled or paused at anytime before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
How do I update my billing and shipping information?
You can do this by logging into your Subbly.co account. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact us at: email@example.com. We are happy to assist you!
One of my items arrived damaged! What can I do?
While we do our best to package every item with care, things do happen. Please notify us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your shipment, and we will be happy to replace your damaged item.
Can I return or exchange an item in my box?
While we do our best to
appeal to everyone, there may be an item that is not your exact preference. We
do not accept returns or exchanges.
Can I try out a one-time Girl Boss Box?
We are glad you asked. Yes, we do have Girl Boss gifts in bulk in our online store. You can order as many as you'd like here.
